How is this priced lower than most web designers?
Lower overhead, not lower quality. Comparable custom small-business websites often start around $1,000 once agency overhead and platform fees are built in. This is a one-person studio in the Capital Region, so that markup does not exist. Nothing here is assembled from a purchased template — every site is designed and hand-coded for the business it belongs to — and you own the finished website, domain, and files outright, with no proprietary builder to keep paying for access to your own site.
When does the 3–5 business-day turnaround begin?
The turnaround window begins after the page list, text, images, branding, and any required account access have been received. Final launch timing also depends on how quickly revision feedback is returned.
What counts as one revision round?
A revision round is one organized list of requested changes submitted after reviewing a draft. Both packages include two rounds.
What does the $100 hosting and launch setup include?
The $100 is a one-time setup fee. It covers initial domain-name registration, creating and configuring the hosting account, updating DNS and other underlying records, and publishing the website so it is fully live and online. Ongoing domain and hosting renewal charges are separate.
Who owns the website, domain, files, and content?
Regardless of package, the customer owns the completed website, registered domain, website files, and supplied content. This remains true with a monthly maintenance plan. Website files are available at delivery and again at any time upon request.
What does “starting at” mean for Business Pro?
$499 covers the listed Business Pro scope of up to five pages. Specialized functionality, premium services, custom integrations, or content beyond that scope may require a custom quote before work begins.
